Grab PayLater Usage Guide

WHAT IS GRAB PAYLATER?
Grab PayLater allows Singaporean residents to shop now and pay for your purchase later in instalments with no interest or service fees, and get GrabRewards at the same time. *Available for use on Grab services too (e.g. Grab rides, GrabFood orders and more).
If you select Grab PayLater as a payment option, there are two options of payment that you can choose from. The first option is paying in 4 transactions - Grab PayLater will automatically split your bill into 4 equal payments. The other option is to pay in full, which will be billed to you the following month.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR PAYLATER?
Grab users who are eligible for PayLater should be:
1. An existing Grab user for at least 6 months
2. Aged 21 years or over
3. Has an account which has been fully verified
4. A Platinum, Gold, or Silver GrabRewards tier member
5. With Grab app updated to the latest version

HOW TO SET-UP?

If you’re eligible for PayLater, you’ll be able to activate it in-app, or simply launch your Grab app, tap on ‘Finance’ and tap on ‘Pay Later’. Proceed as prompted and link it with a card.

HOW DO I PAY WITH GRAB PAYLATER?
In three simple steps:
Simply choose to checkout with Grab, key in the OTP sent to your mobile and select PayLater as your payment method.

Step 1:
Add items to cart and checkout. Select Grab PayLater as your payment method and click ‘Place Order’. You will be redirected to Grab’s payment gateway.

Step 2:
Key in the OTP code that is sent to your phone for verification.

Step 3:
Choose either ‘4 instalments’ or ‘post-paid (billed next month)’.
