Atome Usage Guide

WHAT IS ATOME?

Atome allows Singaporean residents to shop now and pay for your purchase later in three equal monthly instalments with no interest or service fees.

If you select Atome as a payment option, Atome will automatically split your bill into 3 equal payments. The first payment will be debited 3 days after your purchase, and the next two payments will be spread 30 days apart.

Are there any requirement(s) for using Atome?

Age Requirement
You need to be at least 18 years old.

Account set-up
Atome will require from you:

• A mobile number issued with a Singapore prefix (+65)
• Legal full name
• A Singapore NRIC or FIN number
• Date of birth
• A valid email address
• A credit/debit card issued by a financial institution

The information is required to ensure that Atome identify the correct users and prevent any misuse of identity.

HOW DO I PAY WITH ATOME?

Step 1:
Add items to cart and checkout. Select Atome as your payment method and click ‘Place Order’. You will be redirected to Atome’s website.

Step 2:
We recommend checking out via the Atome app for the best user experience.
Note: Atome platform vouchers can only be used on the Atome app.

Step 3:
The Atome app will launch automatically and you will be directed to the payment confirmation page.

Step 4:
Tap ‘Voucher/Promo code’ and select any applicable voucher or code.

Step 5:
Ensure that the total final amount is accurate. Select ‘Pay’ to confirm.
